
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Order Processing:
Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).
Shipping Delivery:
Most of our products can be shipped via one of the following couriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery guarantee for any shipping courier used. Some items cannot be shipped using various couriers due to size, weight, and delivery address. We will work with you to use the best courier possible for the product and destination. Currently, we do ship to most international addresses. Please contact us for any questions about shipments to international addresses before ordering.
Shipping Rates:
Rates are determined based on size, weight, and delivery address. All shipping rates will be communicated and applied to final cost during the order process and before shipping.
Return & Refund:
If your purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within 30 days of delivery unless the purchase was a custom order. To return an item, the item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging. You may return the item to a return address by mail. To avoid any issues, please contact us so that we may help coordinate this process with you.
The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund. Original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the value of your refund unless the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment originally used for purchase except as specified below:

Purchases made with a debit card will be refunded to your PayPal account.

Purchases made with a credit card will be refunded to your credit card accordingly or by PayPal account if credit card refund failed.
Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reach your credit card/bank account, depending on the financial institution.
